A little known rival to Pisa's effort, which was caused by subsidence, unlike the centre point's alarming tilt which is the result of my lousy photography. This building has remained empty since the 60's but has appreciated in value fantastically over the years. Why doesn't the Liverpool Echo have a go at the people who own the place? Are they any better than tax dodgers?
